Our 2026 Initiative
Strengthening Mentorship, Development, and Opportunity
The proceeds from this initiative will directly support two critical priorities designed to expand opportunity and strengthen youth development in our community.
1. Staffing Coaches to Lead Our Development Programs
A significant portion of the funds raised will support the recruitment and staffing of qualified coaches and mentors who will lead our club sports and development programs for athletes ages 12 and older.
These coaches will support the development of athletes participating in:
• 5-on-5 Football Development Programs
• 7-on-7 Football Programs
• Youth Tackle Football
• High School Football Development
High-quality coaching is essential not only for athletic performance, but also for mentorship, leadership development, and character formation.
By properly staffing these programs, we ensure that every athlete has access to experienced coaches who are committed to guiding young people both on the field and in life.
2. Launching a Premium Youth Tackle Football Program
The second priority of this initiative is the official launch of a premium youth tackle football organization based out of Palo Alto.
This program will serve two key divisions:
• 12U Division
• 14U Division
The goal of this program is to provide young athletes with early access to:
• Structured football development
• High-level coaching and mentorship
• Leadership training
• A strong athletic foundation before entering high school
By launching this program, Path to Purpose Initiative is building a long-term development pipeline that prepares young athletes for success both on and off the field.
